There is so much I would like to say about you Grandad but I will try to keep it brief. You were, and will always be, one of the most important men in my life. You were always there for me, right from when I was born. When my father was gone you became the father figure I looked up to. So much of the things I say or do is because of you and your influence on me. I am heartbroken you are gone and I will miss you forever. Sending you a leaf and a kiss on the cheek to go straight to your heart. I love you Grandad xx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
